We currently use Google Apps in all of our grade levels.  All students have accounts already assigned to them.  High School Students have email accounts that allow them to email anyone.  Middle School Students have internal email accounts only meaning that they can only email teachers but no one else.  Email is not allowed for elementary students at this time.
