Seymour Community Schools utilizes adopted materials from textbook companies, teacher curated content, and online subscriptions to assist in delivering content to meet the requirements of the Indiana Academic Standards.

State Assessments

Seymour Schools uses formative and summative assessments throughout the school year.   Some of these assessments are local, some are required by the State of Indiana.   We use the data collected from assessments to make decisions to support student learning and instructional improvements.   We believe in a student driven, data informed approach. 

The resources provided in this section, grant access to  vital information regarding the array of assessments in use at Seymour Community Schools.
